7-Day Exchange
We want you to love your Origine piece. If it isn't right, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition
• Original packaging, certificate and all tags must be included
• Custom or personalised pieces are not eligible

How to request an exchange
Email support@originediamonds.com or WhatsApp +91 99444 75658 with your order number and photographs of the item. Our team will confirm the exchange and arrange collection.

Refunds
We currently offer exchange rather than refund. Where a refund is issued at our discretion (for example, a manufacturing defect that cannot be remedied), it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right at no cost to you.
