Terms of Service

By placing an order with Origine Diamonds you agree to these terms.

Products: all our jewellery is set with lab-grown diamonds, certified by IGI or SGL. Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds. Product images are representative; slight variation in finish is inherent to handcrafted jewellery.

Pricing: all prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Warranty: each piece carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from normal wear, accident, or improper care is not covered.

Orders: we may decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
